  • A client may not be a right fit, or referred due to safety, fit, skills, and training limitations.
    Additionally, there are safety limitations to working via telehealth for higher support needs.


    As a result I cannot serve clients who are experiencing:
    - Active Disordered Eating
    - Active Uncontrolled Substance Overuse
    - Unmedicated Bipolar Disorder
    - Personality Disorders
    - Complex Cases of DID (dissociative identity disorder)
    - Suicidal Actions within the past 2 years
    Or clients who need a higher level of care
    - Self Harm within the past 6m
    - Current Crisis

  • Adults 18+ only offering.

    Cost

    This offering is a CASH rate of $1000. I am unable to offer an insurance rate at this time.

    This will include

    - Analyzing your completed pre-assessments (assigned after completing intake.)
    - Up to two 2hr virtual appointments with multiple assessments based on time needs and assessment needs.
    - Up to 1.5 hour virtual appointment with a person who can speak to your history (preferably back to your childhood).
    - Analysis of your results and written comprehensive report.
    - One 1hr virtual results appointment for questions and conversation with you.

    Please note: If you expect to need federal funding or to file for disability, you will need to seek a diagnosis from a Psychologist or Doctoral level practitioner. (I am a Masters level Practitioner.)

    Sadly, this gatekeeping keeps many from being able to access a diagnosis. My goal is to provide assessments and diagnosis information for as many folks as possible.

  • Insurance

    I serve clients on a weekly schedule.
    YOU MUST BE LOCATED IN WASHINGTON DURING YOUR APPOINTMENTS.

    I take several insurances: Premera, UHC/UBH, Regence BCBS, and Aetna.

    I am out of network for other insurances.
    I can provide a Superbill (aka a fancy receipt) that you can submit to insurance for potential reimbursement.

  • I offer Equity Pricing for cash pay clients.

    People who need care the most are the people often cannot access it due to systemic oppression. (Don’t know about what that is? Click the link and check it out!!!)

    In my little corner of the world, I combat this by offering Equity Pricing - opting into the price that best fits where you are in life.

    I will NOT ask for people to prove that they are in a privileged place right now, just as I will not ask people to prove they are struggling. People who struggle socio-economically already have to prove that they need help constantly.

    I ask those of you who can opt into the tier 3 bottle range, to boldly do so.

    If you are paying by cash, please look at the graphic below and identify your green bottle. Then come back and find the fee that might be most appropriate.
    You choose the amount in that tier that feels appropriate- EG: if you are in the tier 2 bottle ($120-130, you might choose $125 as your weekly fee.)

    I also ask that if your situation changes (either way!) that you adapt your payment accordingly.
